At THITO, we value your privacy and give you complete control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our systems, please follow the steps below:
How to Delete Your Thito Account and Data
- Log in to your THITO app.
- Go to Profile Settings.
- Select “Delete My Account”.
- Confirm your choice.
- Once confirmed, your account and all personal data, including health records, will be permanently deleted from our system within a reasonable period as per our Privacy Policy.
Important Notes
- Uninstalling the app alone will not delete your data. You must delete your account from within the app to stop being a user and erase your data.
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover any medical records or data once deleted.
